PantheaCon 2009 Presentation Submission

Welcome to the PantheaCon 2009 Presentation Application. We are looking forward to another great year of programming and want to thank you for your interest. In order to apply online, you need an e-mail account that you look at more than once. If you have already visited our Membership Registration page you will already have a log-in password that you will use here as well.

Please take your time going through this form as we need complete forms in order to accurately assess the submissions. Due to the large volume of submissions, presentations will be juried for content. While we review all submissions, we do need to select for appropriateness of topic and to avoid duplications. Please be brief, but detailed. Descriptions of events and personal biographies should be 100 words or less; we prefer not to have to chop them to fit the space available for you.

Presenter Rules and Guidelines for PantheaCon 2009

1. All presentation submissions must be received by October 15^th 2008. Submissions received after Oct. 15^th will be placed on our waiting list.
2. Use one form for each presentation. We do not accept multiple presentations on one form.
3. Programming will notify the prospective presenters early December. (was Nov 15^th, but illness, life, and a lot of great submissions to choose from delayed things a bit)
   
4. Accepted presenters agree to confirm their presentation by December 26^th.(was Dec 15^th, but #3 above pushed this back a bit as well)
   
5. All program changes must be received at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it by January 3^rd. Your submissions will appear in the program as you submit them, including typos – so be careful. (but don't worry too much, you can log-in again to update your writeup)
   
6. Presenters do not get in free and presenter discounts are not automatic. They must be applied for in advance each year before January 30^th by asking Glenn in writing at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. 7. PantheaCon does NOT run on “Pagan Standard Time”! Presentation times will be strictly enforced and it will be your responsibility to start and end your presentation on time.
8. Fire of any kind is not allowed in the hotel. No open or enclosed flame. No Lit Candles, No Incense, No exceptions. Presenters who do not follow these rules will not be asked back.
9. Because of Green Room crowding issues, badges for group presentations will be picked up by the contact person only. All others in the group will wait elsewhere for badges. Of course, the Green Room will still be open for all other presenter needs.
10. The contact person for each presentation must register in the Green Room (room 241) and receive their presenter badge at least 90 minutes prior to their presentation.
