Hotel

The official PantheaCon hotel is Doubletree Hotel . The Doubletree has large, beautiful guest rooms and we have reserved all available rooms. The address is 2050 Gateway Place, San Jose CA 95110. 408-453-4000.  Sorry,  it is already sold out at this time (March 2010).

We have a contract with the Holiday Inn Hotel. Mention PantheaCon with them to get the PantheaCon rate. Taxi cabs from them may only be around $5 for a trip to the Doubletree.

We have a scheduled Shuttle Van running among the hotels.  The shuttle worked well last year. Also all the overflow hotels have free parking.

• Our main Overflow Hotel is the Holiday Inn San Jose (Formerly Hyatt San Jose) at 1740 North First Street, San Jose, CA 95112 (408) 793-3300 We have a block of 100 rooms with them which we can increase when needed. It is just a 10 minute walk from the Doubletree. They have free parking and two restaurants. Please mention PantheaCon when booking. The rate at the Holiday Inn is about $85 a night for Friday, Saturday and also Sunday.

Parking

Please Note: The Doubletree has paid parking.  Con attendees can park for the reduced rate of $8.00 per day.  Your parking pass can be vallidated at a machine near Registration. Only hotel guests have in and out privileges. On the weekend days the office parking lots across the street are usually unlocked and available for parking.
