Over the years, many of our presenters have experienced long lines and frustration at Green Room check-in, mainly because of the high volume of participants on Friday night and Saturday attempting to check in.

The contact person and only the contact person can sign in and register in the Green Room.

The contact person will be given all of the ribbons needed for their presentations and all other members of a workshop or ritual will be able to get their ribbons from the contact person.

Any discounts or compensation will also be given to the contact person only.

Any technical changes, sheduling, or room changes will be made with the contact person only.

Additional members of a scheduled event should register at the main registration table on the ground floor.

We hope this will make things much faster and smoother so that we can make the best possible convention for everyone, especially for our presenters!
