We have all the function room space with 4 ballrooms full of wondrous vendors and 4 ballrooms for rituals and workshops along with 10 additional rooms. Parking at the hotel is $5 a night for attendees with their badges. Only hotel guests get in-out privileges.

This year’s Theme: Gods and Goddesses

Hotel reservations for the Con at the Double Tree San Jose opened and filled quickly. Only sporadic rooms may become available with cancelations.

We expect to have a shuttle bus or van going among the hotels to ease movement to the main hotel.

The official Overflow Hotel is the Holiday Inn San Jose
1740 North First Street, San Jose, CA 95112, (408) 793-3300  www.holidayinn.com
The rooms are $85 a night, not $79 a night. (Sorry, I previously used the old info from last year by mistake.)  When you are booking, tell them you are with PantheaCon.  We have a block of 85 rooms.  They have free parking, two restaurants, and you can reach the Doubletree hotel by cab or a short walk.  When the Holiday Inn is full we will post other “contracted and designated” hotels here.

Another hotel is the Marriott Courtyard San Jose Airport, at 1727 Technology Dr., San Jose, CA 95110, is also available with lovely king bed rooms. The price is $89 a night. Call (408) 441-6111 to reserve a room and mention 'PantheaCon' to get the conference rate for our reserved block of rooms.  www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/sjcca-courtyard-san-jose-airport/
